In the prod, we cannot connect to the external network. Could you provide a complete Docker image that includes the extra components to avoid downloading over the network?

I followed the documentation and used the Docker image (docker.io/manticoresearch/manticore latest) to start Manticore, but encountered an issue. Due to network problems, it gets stuck at the download stage:

wget --show-progress -q -P /var/lib/manticore/.extra/ https://repo.manticoresearch.com/repository/manticoresearch_jammy/dists/jammy/main/binary-amd64/manticore-executor_1.1.6-24052206-c55bc2b_amd64.deb

I hope there is a complete Docker image that includes the extra components for direct use. This would make it more convenient for new users.

Moving this issue to the docker repo. Here's what we can try:

1. Support EXTRA=1 build arg (not only an env. var.)
2. Add instruction how to build own image easily using the new build arg

so those who can't use EXTRA=1 at runtime, can build an image for themselves and use it without the need to connect to the internet.
