[Feature request] icons to switch between spell checks of two languages

This program has a wonderful feature of OCR text for two languages at the same time. It is really useful. But after that when I want to use spell check, one is as set and the second is highlighted in red, because obviously program can't recognize errors in two languages at the same time. So, when one language is checked and corrected I switch to the other. The point is that I need to do it quite frequently.

My request is: make it more convenient by providing icons to switch between spell check languages. By default they should match those chosen for double OCR.
