Microsoft Edge issue

Right now, Latest tells me there is an update for MS Edge. My version is 138.0.3351.121 (138.3351.250730121) Latest claims there is a new version 138.0.3351.121 (157da964).

However, when I try to update Edge, it shows that there is no update.

BTW, this happens with a few other applications as well, but right now I can quite remember which ones.
