Seems like this was removed from their website and is not longer on the server, fix on the chocolatey that was published is to change the urls from the third-party website to microsoft website

this is what i did

therefore i would guess thats an internal issue and needs to be fixed(updated) by chocolatey. For now we would be able to download from those links and install or update the chocolatey script as shown above

this is the same issue as #344
