python 3 upgrade failed

Hi! How can i upgrade python3 package with choco or cinst?

error Updating 'python3 3.7.2' to 'python3 3.8.3' failed. Unable to find versions of 'libraries.python2.fireeye, libraries.python3.fireeye' that are compatible with 'python3 3.8.3'.

@kasper45 We recently updated FLARE-VM, please try again to see if you still have issues updating Python
