Check to ensure all elements successfully onload when generating fingerprints

One of the problems I've encountered during fingerprint creation is an issue where there will be links to non-existant resources. This is usually just a broken resource in the app/router/device etc due to poor development. One nice thing to add would be to have the extension check to ensure everything loads successfully before adding it to a fingerprint.
