Scaffold and correct

Hi there!!

I have a draft genome, some long reads, and a few genomes from closely related species.

How should I do the scaffolding?

1. Ragtag correct (no scaffolding step).
2. Ragtag scaffold and then correct.
3. Ragtag correct, then scaffold, then merge.

Any advice?
