`ragtag scaffold` without concatenation

Hi and thanks for the nice tool!

I want to orient a set of de novo assemblies according to a reference, but hesitate to merge contigs because I expect some translocations in the data. Can I parametrize ragtag.py scaffold to completely omit scaffold concatenation and use it to orient the contigs? If not, could it be a satisfiable feature request?
