how ragoo to set max_variant_size?

When only running Assemblytics, there is a parameter to set the max_variant_size from 10kb to 10Mb, but RaGoo default max_variant_size 10kb, how to adjust it? Thanks~

Hi there,

You can change the min and max SV size with -a and -f respectively. These are currently hidden parameters, but they will do the trick.

By the way, though integrated assemblytics is not supported, I highly encourage you to switch your scaffolding analysis to RagTag if possible. RaGOO will soon be archived.
