Layout issues when scaling above 100%

Describe the bug

If I set scaling to above 100% layout looks like this:

To Reproduce

1. Set scaling to 150% on Ubuntu (I have 4k monitor, not sure if it's related)
2. Open IDE

Expected behavior

It should scale properly.

I'm having similar issues

• Ubuntu 23.04 (technically using Regolith/i3wm)
• Products: Webstorm 2023.2, Datagrip latest
• plugin version: latest

Unlike @GoranBrkuljan , most of my top menu bars/etc all look like, the only thing afaict that's wrong is that my tabs for tool windows like "Run" or "Find" are way too tall:

Everything else looks pretty good though! I.e. here's the main window tabs/run/debug actions looking good/rendering fine:

Just to confirm this is a MUI plugin here, here's the tabs in vanilla webstorm/with the plugin disabled:

I have the same issue. On Arch Linux, awesomewm, with Xft.dpi: 190, on a 5K monitor.

IDE: PhpStorm 2024.2.1 Plugin version: 9.5.0
