I'm sorry, but I've lost motivation to maintain this project. I'm planning to maintain it in a new OSS project https://github.com/makotot/GhostUI. I haven't been able to maintain the documentation, but the Scrollspy component is available in this GhostUI project. This Scrollspy is a headless component that ported the functionality of the react-scrollspy component. I've been busy lately and haven't had much time, but I'll try to make an announcement about this soon.
