Parentheses & quote validation

Perhaps the only reason to validate? Parens are usually used for:

• a chosen name (such as a nickname)
• a prior name (such as a maiden name)

Could validate to indicate if legal or chosen name is preferred for this service (pick one; or raise awareness if one is needed now and the other can be added later) and that "current" name should be used (note if prior names can be added later for searchability)

Quotes are used for chosen personal names too (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson). Those don't tend to be used for prior family names.
