Add example of substitution

When a DB can't handle a name and must make a substitution, inform the user of the substitution (and apologize because it's your problem, not theirs...but now they have to remember what this is for future use of your product/service). Be sure search and support can also take in proper inputs and apply same substitution rules for looking for matches.
