Master.json - Needs Updating

Hello everyone!

Currently I'm in the process of translating "MakeHuman" in to the Bulgarian language but the "master.json" file seems a little confusing.

For example, I'm translating strings such as "R Eye Height1" which I can not find anywhere in the program and strings such as "Utilities" which are present in the program, are not present in the "master.json" file.

I can not list exactly how many such cases are there but I would love to have an updated version of the "master.json" file which will make further translations of the program easier and will reduce the clutter significantly.

The translation files are horribly out of date and should probably be redone from scratch. They have probably not been updated since 1.1.0 or maybe even not since 1.0.3.
