Constant for "Globals" missing in Emailv31.

The Send API v3.1 has for top-level properties:

  • SandboxMode
  • AdvanceErrorHandling
  • Globals
  • Messages

Globals doesn't have a constant in Emailv31, while the rest of the properties do.
