Java "Sending Inline Images" example is incomplete

The inline parameter definition is missing in the code example. Additionally, an example of how to define the filename in case the inline parameter is e.g. a ByteArrayor an InputStream would be useful.

There is a similar issue with a missing example for Python inline images - although there is an example in source/samples/send-inline-image.rst in the initial commit 8b9342e2eb4f56deb646d3c56001c904713deb34.
