fix: command menu overflow display
The command menu items on the home page have the contents blurred. This happens all the time if the menu height exceeds the items' height. This is a fix for that

Unfortunately, I don’t see this issue in any browser, and this is the first time I’ve heard about it. Could you explain the main issue?
when you press cmd+K on the home page, dialog contents are not perfectly readable. this happens everywhere when the content overflows i've attached screenshots for the issue. happens with me on every browser. same issue is in ui.shadcn.com
Hey, sorry! We’re trying to stay in sync with the latest shadcn, and Dillion and I both tried to reproduce the error but couldn’t. Unfortunately, we can't accept this PR for now, but thanks for the feedback
