Encrypt the notes (in the database)

Feature requested in #105.

See #106 for the encryption of the notes in the JSON export.

See this comment on why this is not planned yet.

Indeed it is implemented in Isar v4. However it's not ready for use in production, according to the developer when he was still active. Also some migration might be necessary, and if I remember correctly it has to be done manually.

I use Isar for pretty basic things however, so v4 might work perfectly anyway for this project. I'll try it some day.
