Add Automated Download System

this workflow will create a Zip file containing all the contents of this Repo + a text file called commit.txt (containing only the commit code) hope you find it usefull. i did this because the android browser version of Github doesnt have a download source code button and noobs tend to complain because they dont know how to download the CHT files
