Channel Panel defaults to radio channel instead of tv

I have DTV and Radio setup on my TV. When they were initially setup they defaulted to the same channel numbers. For example I have a TV channel 19 and a Radio channel 19.

On the physical TV remote if I type 19 it defaults to the TV channel On the LG-WebOS remote in HA if I type 19 on the keypad it goes to the TV Channel. If I use the Channel Panel it defaults to the radio station that was 19

Problem is I can't find a way to delete a channel once it's programmed on my LG C1. I can move them to a different number but even if I move a radio station from 19 to 191 as an example, the channel pad still goes to the radio 19.

I feel stupid but I can't work this out. Short of factory resetting the TV and getting rid of the radio stations completely. I can't work this out.
