Iresign doesn't work with app that include frameworks and extensions

I think I fixed this in my pull request from today
What about changing bundle Id, if app contains Watch support, then this new ID needs to be updated in Watch and its extension to work properly and those two also might need its own new provisioning profiles.

Is this still an issue? One of my clients complains about this.
