Helm Chart

Hi There,

I created a Helm chart that does the same as your code (mostly based on it) in https://github.com/SwissDataScienceCenter/self-hosted-runner-chart which stores the PAT in a secret and allows easy scaling of the deployment.

Would this be something you're interested in to merge here? I wanted to ask before making a PR. Also to check how the structure should look, should the chart be side-by-side with the current solution or potentially replace it?
