Maybe new feature: reporter directly to graphite

After check all reporters in https://github.com/macbre/phantomas/tree/devel/reporters, maybe I think it would be useful a reporter to graphite directly.

i'm going to do a custom script by the moment

I wrote this python script, read from CSV file obtained with phantomas and send to graphite. you can add from https://github.com/mcortinas/python/blob/master/phan2graph.py
