v2.0RC2 - DEP Enrollment screen doesn't appear on Ventura.

In Ventura, the nag event detection is failing. The nag event to enroll the device is appearing, but the detection script is failing to detect it and causing the manual enrollmemt screen to appear instead of the dep enrollment screen.
