outset Fixes issue #54

Makes sure the files in the outset log file directory are not processed.

@HowardGMac are you able to rebase your PR onto the new changes in the dev_4.2.0 branch to resolve the conflict. The issue is the file moved from Outset/Utils/Checksum.swift to Outset/Utils/FileUtils/Checksum.swift

Probably not the most elegant way to do it, but done.

yeah, I looked at how to resolve the conflict and as with a lot of things git, the effort for the level of change being made wasn't worth thinking too long about 🙂 - but I want you to have attribution for the change so thank you 🙂
