Composer.json cannot declare custom repository

This will not work according to the docs:

"Repositories are only available to the root package and the repositories defined in your dependencies will not be loaded. Read the FAQ entry if you want to learn why." ( https://github.com/composer/composer/blob/master/doc/05-repositories.md )

This should be fixed for the XML signing library that is used.
