Describe the Feature you'd Like

When using Inline Link Suggesters I would like to be able to enforce 'uniqueness', disallowing a value from being added more than once.

My use case is applying 'tags' to a file, which should only be given once.

Happy to create a pull request myself if this is a feature others want

I will happily accept a PR that adds something like a unique argument for all suggester like input fields.
