[Request] time zone management in the RTC time clock example

Would it be possible to add time zone management to the RTC time clock example? Rotary encoder could change time zone.

I just published a repo on Github containing an Arduino sketch for a M5Stack Atom Matrix with external units OLED and RTC. This sketch is switching and displaying six different timezones, also switches timezone on button press. See: https://github.com/PaulskPt/M5Stack_Atom_Matrix_Timezones. Maybe this gives ideas.
