M5Camera pins D0 and D1

I am trying to figure out how to configure the M5Camera using the pins in the "hardware_diff_with_ESP32CAM_M5Camera.md" pin map table, but I don't see pins D0 and D1. Are these labeled something else or is this information available somewhere else?

We use 8-bit connection style. Please read the page 6 of the datasheet of OV2640.
