Does not load following DVD queue redesign

Netflix (very) recently updated the DVD queue design and the sorter no longer loads.

Fixing this is non-trivial. The APIs have changed and I'll need to figure out how to use the new ones (without documentation) in the hopes they support changing the position of many rows with just one request. A slower alternative is to programmatically invoke the "Move to top" many times to move rows in their new position. This will be as slow as the sorts that need info from the movie details page in order to do their job.

I hope to reserve some time to take a look this weekend and get it fixed.

Any progress? I miss being able to actually use Netflix queues properly. I don't know about the rest but I would pay for something that fixes Netflix's queue hotmess
