Android 1.0.2(Build 18) 申请加好友Bug

1.申请加某某好友，被申请方，提示不明显。 2 被申请方，同意好友申请。申请方联系人列表没有刷新，需要重新登入才能刷新。

_User.objectId 保存在了 _Installation表里。

同时在应用启动的时候，把_User.objectId 绑定到 AVInstallation。
