Retired Okta SDK Version

Taking a look at the Okta SDK dependency, it seems like Cartography uses a very old version, pre-1.0.

A quick look at the Okta SDK for Python shows that 0.x and 1.x versions are retired, and it's the 2.x versions that are supported.

It seems to me like you should consider upgrading this dependency to a newer version.
