[Bug] context menu -> create... items do nothing when menu is called after pressing Ctrl+Key_Menu

Title. 'Create' items work fine after right button mouse click, but don't work after pressing Ctrl+Key_Menu.

Bump Is LXDE officially abandoned? As I see the bug tracker is silent. Can anyone confirm the bug? Please.
