Hardcoded non-configurable mirrorlist for pacman manager

No options to configure mirrorlist for pacman manager, also it is hardcoded and overrides already existing file on filesystem.

I use local mirror, so mirrorlist already configured to appropriate servers, but during manager step it just overrides mirrors and fails to continue.
