CNV tracks are inverted

Open menzel opened this issue 4 years ago • 0 comments

The axis of CNV tracks seems to inverted, higher numbers appear closer to the center, lower CNV's outside. It is visible in the example for CNV's here: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/BioCircos/vignettes/BioCircos.html

E.g. chromosome 2 has three CNVs 2,3,4 and 2 is higher up/ farther outside than 3 and 4. (At least compared to BioCircos.js, one could argue that both directions are valid)
