Support for trimming \cmidrule with colsep setting to 0pt.

The [lr] option for \cmidrule works fine with a non-zero colsep to produce an unconnected rule, I need to typeset a table with a zero colsep and also two unconnected \cmidrules. image image

Maybe allow manually setting a trim length?
