Server Resourcepack when joining from main menu

i have a button on my start menu to directly join on a server but it asks every time if i want to use the server resourcepack or not. how can i set it to disabled or enabled like in the multiplayer menu...

Also is it possible that when i leave the server i get directly to the main menu instead of the multiplayer menu?

You should istantly get to the mainmenu.json if you leave the Server. The Server texturepack is because the Server hoster put on a CustomPack or just turned on the option, you can´t go around that.
