Doubt about using Fluent SMTP and Microsoft Exchange 365

Hello

We have about 5 sites with differente domains, but in Microsoft Exchange 365 portal all domains are in the same tenant! The plugin Fluent SMTP needs a configuration of a call back URL.

How to proceed to use a single APP in 365 portal to authenticate all sites in Wordpress?
