Added Azure Communication Email Sender

Hello, This PR adds support for Azure's Email Communication Service. This integration uses the .NET package provided to us by Azure (Azure.Communication.Email).

PS: The Azure.Communication.Email package is currently in preview (prerelease).

It is already out of preview. Would be nice if we get this integrated into FluentEmail.
