RenderBody was not called

Hi there,

i'm trying to use a master layout page in my referenced templatefile. Unfortunately i get following Exception: "RenderBody was not called" unbenannt unbenannt1 unbenannt3 unbenannt4

I stumbled upon the same issue and it appears Layout pages are currently not supported out of the box as stated in #82.

It appears this was fixed in Pull Request #145 but a new version has not been released yet.
