The data-atom package is not working

Any more information? It might be the git required in path issue

This is the error I get when I try to download the package. Thinking about it, it might very well have something to do with GitHub, but I really don't know much about any of this.

nvm, I'm pretty sure the issue is with GitHub

I searched a lot about this issue(because I was also facing it) and found that it occurred because of not having Git installed on my PC. you can try installing Git from here and then reinstalling data-atom package from Atom editor.
