feature request: Scrollbar on Titlebar

Hi Luke,

I have been using RunJS a lot and I have opened up too many tabs this leads to tabs header being so short and also the close icon is misplaced...

is there any way to add a fixed width to all tab headers and also a scrollbar to scroll through headers...
