Hi there, it's 96% complete 😆

I've been using the next versions for a while now and they're basically ready to go. I'm really only working on complete test coverage. Part of this raised 1 unanswered question as to whether or not httpie should have a custom Error class across all environments.

I'm tempted to say no, since an Error is always an Error and you're going to have to inspect the thrown exception regardless of what its base constructor is/was.
