Choosing which column will have a filter

I'm trying to customize for to choose what column will have a filter. I made a example about what I'm trying to do: http://plnkr.co/edit/2dcoPeeBe3UNJl0OR04g?p=preview

How you can see, I have 3 columns: 'Name', 'Course' and 'Country'. I'd like to filter just by 'Course' and 'Country'. Not by 'Name'! Someone knows what can I do? =)

Is there a way to configure this extension to a filter like this (rather than a search)? I am looking for filters as you'd see in Excel, Google Sheets etc.
