Default 0.30 app fails specs

ok, for whatever reason, I can't recreate this issue.... I've generated several new apps, and all of the specs are passing... So this was literally only failing for the one time I had to do a live demo

This is no longer the case. I'm not sure what was causing it at that time, but 1.0.0 apps are good.
