Cross hair at startup

This was reported on Discord but thought I'd mention seeing it in v0.91 r6.

What led to my seeing the crosshair at TFE start were:

1. had installed and played v0.90 r2
2. extracted v0.91 r6 over original install, replacing files in place
3. before getting in game I enabled the cross hair
   • may also have increased resolution from 720p to 1080p at this point
4. loaded an agent (created in v0.90 r2) and started a new game
5. exited TFE
6. restarted TFE v0.91 r6
7. saw cross hair over logo and intro cinematic
8. exited TFE
9. restarted TFE v0.91 r6
10. no longer saw cross hair at startup
