Release agianst cld2

Hi,

I'm a maintainer of pecl-cld of FreeBSD ports. The pecl-cld package has marked as broken, Because it depends on system cld package, And it has get upgrade to cld2. Also the release on pecl.php.net seems too old, Please release the new version against cld2.
