Hello, This file is apparently auto-created during tests and does not go away when cleaning the source tree. Cheers, Steffen

I added to gitignore in the devel branch: https://github.com/lpantano/seqcluster/commit/ee5c486e77808e90056d39934f51b7cd2fc2504b

I admit to have failed to investigate how to teach setup.py to clean it. So, let it be enough and leave this issue open. May some good soul pop by who just happens to know how to do it :)
