[Bug]: Action doesn't listen to the menu item "hide" attribute in Nav Menu component

Current Behavior

A User has reported this issue on Discord where "In the Nav Menu component, when an item is hidden, Action for the next menu item triggers the action of the previous menu item".

Expected Behavior

Associated action of the Menu item should get triggered when a menu item is hidden.

This issue has now been fixed on Dev.
