[Bug]: <title>Logins (email address) is case sensitive

Current Behavior

When logging in, email addresses are case sensitive and will not allow a user to login unless they use the same case as when they signed up.

Expected Behavior

Logins (email addresses) should not be case sensitive when logging in. I should be able to login as [email protected] as we ll as [email protected]

Steps to reproduce

using an existing login, try to login with you email being all upper case, or mix in some upper lower case in your email address.

Environment

Version 2.6.3, self hosted multi image on Ubuntu server at AWS.
